Shipping policy
This policy applies to orders placed on our website and delivered in the United Kingdom.
1) Processing times
- We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 business days after you place your order (excluding weekends and UK bank holidays).
- If there is any delay in dispatch, we'll contact you as soon as possible.
2) Delivery options & estimated delivery times
At checkout, you'll see the shipping options available and the estimated delivery timeframe.
Estimated delivery times begin from the date your order is dispatched, not the date it is placed.
3) Shipping costs
Shipping costs are shown at checkout and depend on your order and the delivery option which has been selected.
4) Tracking
Where tracking is available for your chosen service, we'll send tracking details by email once your order has been dispatched.
5) Delivery address & failed delivery
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incomplete/incorrect address, we may need to charge for redelivery.
6) Responsibility for your parcel (loss/damage)
Your contract is with us (the retailer), and we are responsible for ensuring your order arrives in good condition.
Unless you arrange your own carrier, the goods remain our responsibility until they are delivered into your (or your authorised representative's) physical possession.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with photos so we can put it right.
7) If your order is late or hasn't arrived
If your order hasn't arrived by the estimated date/timeframe, contact us and we will investigate with the courier and work with you to resolve it.
8) Split shipments
Sometimes items may be dispatched separately (for example, if items are ready at different times). If this happens, we'll notify you.
9) International shipping
- Delivery estimates may vary by destination.
- You may need to pay local import taxes/duties, which are your responsibility unless stated otherwise.
